Plantar fasciitis

There is a thick band of tissue on the bottom of your foot called plantar fascia. When this tissue is tight it can cause pain from the heel of your foot to your toes and can also refer up your leg. Usually, symptoms are worse in the morning when putting pressure on your leg. You may experience burning or sharp pain. We can help decrease these symptoms with manual therapy, proper stretching and strengthening. We also have modalities like ultrasound and ice to help decrease the inflammation.
